Health rules are at the centre of our concerns, we are implementing, in partnership with our cleaning providers, an enhanced health protocol in accordance with the profession's recommendations.
Cleaning of apartments:
Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected by professionals following strict procedures. A control will be carried out in your accommodation before your arrival.
A more thorough disinfection will be carried out on contact areas, door handles, light switches, faucets, remote controls and any accessory that may have come into contact with the hand. We remind everyone that it is essential to take responsibility by leaving accommodation as clean as possible after your stay. Cleaning/disinfection instructions for the apartments will be available for consultation.
Bed linen and towels:
Upon your departure, place the bed linen and towels in the bags provided for that purpose and leave the bags in the entrance of the apartment.
Arrival time: from 5:00 PM. Please contact the agency before 6:30 PM in case of late arrival. Departure time: before 10:00 AM.
