Cleaning of apartments:

Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected by professionals following strict procedures. A control will be carried out in your accommodation before your arrival.

A more thorough disinfection will be carried out on contact areas, door handles, switches, taps, remote controls, and any accessory that may have been in contact with hands. We remind you that it is essential for everyone to take responsibility by leaving accommodation as clean as possible after their stay. Cleaning/disinfection instructions for apartments will be available.

Bed linen and bathroom linen:

Upon your departure, place the bed linen and towels in the bags provided for that purpose and leave the bags in the apartment entrance.
