The rental fee includes: sheets and towels placed in the apartment (2 towels per person), 2 kitchen towels, a cleaning kit (sponge, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, cloth), welcome products, utilities (water, electricity, heating), end-of-stay cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), and 2 GARAGE SPACES (maximum height 2.17m). Cleaning of apartments:

Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected by professionals following strict procedures. A check will be carried out in your accommodation before your arrival.

A more thorough disinfection will be carried out on contact areas, door handles, switches, taps, remote controls, and any accessory that may have been in contact with hands. We remind everyone that it is essential to take responsibility by leaving the accommodation as clean as possible after your stay. Cleaning/disinfection instructions for the apartments will be available.

Sheets and towels:

Upon departure, please place sheets and towels in the provided bags and leave the bags in the entrance of the apartment.
