The rental fee includes: bed linen and towels provided in the apartment (2 towels per person), 2 kitchen cloths, a cleaning kit (sponge, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, cloth), welcome products, utilities (water, electricity, heating), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area and dishes) and 1 PARKING SPACE (maximum height 2.17m). Cleaning of apartments:

Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected by professionals following strict procedures. A check will be performed in your accommodation before your arrival.

A more thorough disinfection will be carried out on contact areas, door handles, light switches, taps, remote controls, and any accessories likely to have been in contact with hands. We remind everyone that it is essential to leave the accommodation in as clean a condition as possible after your stay. Cleaning/disinfection instructions for the apartments will be available.

Bed linen and towels:

Upon your departure, please place the linen and towels in the bags provided for this purpose and leave the bags at the entrance of the apartment.
