Cleaning of apartments:
Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected by professionals following strict procedures. A check will be carried out in your accommodation before your arrival.
A more thorough disinfection will be carried out on contact areas, door handles, light switches, taps, remote controls and any accessory that may have been in contact with the hand. We remind you that it is essential for everyone to take responsibility by leaving the accommodation as clean as possible after their stay. Cleaning/disinfection guidelines for the apartments will be available.
Sheets and towels:
Upon your departure, place the sheets and towels in the bags provided for this purpose and leave the bags in the entrance of the apartment.
Arrival time: from 5pm. Please contact the residence before 6:30pm in case of late arrival. Departure time: before 10am.
