Cleaning of apartments:

Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected by professionals following strict procedures. A check will be carried out in your accommodation before your arrival.

A more thorough disinfection will be carried out on contact areas, door handles, light switches, taps, remote controls, and any equipment that may have been in contact with hands. We remind everyone of the importance of leaving the accommodation as clean as possible after your stay. Cleaning/disinfection instructions for apartments will be available for consultation.

Sheets and towels:

Upon departure, please place the sheets and towels in the provided bags and leave the bags in the entrance of the apartment.
