Cleaning of apartments:

Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected by professionals following strict procedures. A check will be carried out in your accommodation before your arrival.

A more thorough disinfection will be carried out in contact areas, door handles, switches, taps, remote control and any accessory that may have come into contact with the hand. We remind you that it is essential that everyone takes responsibility by leaving accommodation as clean as possible after their stay. Cleaning/disinfection instructions for the apartments will be available for consultation.

Bed linen and towels:

Upon your departure, deposit the sheets and towels in the bags provided for this purpose and leave the bags in the entrance of the apartment.
