General description of the residence
This semi-detached chalet can sleep up to 12 people with 5 bedrooms. It is located in the Chinaillon, about 800m from the main street, with stunning views out over the Lachat mountain. It is just 200m from the nearest bus stop which can take you into town (Grand Bornand or Le Chinaillon) or the foot of the slopes with services every 15mins in Winter.
On the ground floor you have a fully fitted ski room with heated boot warmers as well as 2 bedrooms (1 double and another with double + a set of bunks) and a bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs you have the main living area with open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. This room is very bright thanks to the wide bay windows looking out onto the surrounding mountains and views with a terrace leading out from it where you can enjoy BBQs in the Summer. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons and the lounge has a chimney for those cosy Winter evenings. There is wifi throughout the chalet. On the main floor you also have a separate toilet.
Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and another with a double and a single bed) and a shower room with toilet.
You have ample parking for up to 3 cars. Sheets and towels are provided as well as cots and high chair.
The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)!
