General description of the residence
STUDIO for 2 people of 22m² located in Valfréjus in the Résidence Melezets I, 100m from the Arrondaz lift, shopping facilities, and 50m from the ski schools.
Location: 4th floor with lift. Balcony facing southeast, with mountain views.
Composition of the apartment:
- Equipped kitchenette: 4-ring induction hob, refrigerator, combination microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine
- Living area with television
- Bathroom with bathtub, sink, washing machine, WC
Sleeping arrangements:
- Wall bed for 2 people in the living area
- Duvets, blankets, pillows
- BED LINEN INCLUDED (conditions to be confirmed with the agency)
