General description of the residence
STUDIO + CABIN for 4 people of 23m² located in Valfréjus, Résidence Melezets 2, just 100m from the Arrondaz gondola, shops, and 50m from the ski schools.
Location: 2nd floor with lift. West-facing balcony with a view of the Parc de la Vanoise.
Apartment layout:
- Equipped kitchenette: 4-ring electric hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fondue set.
- Living area with television.
- Bathroom with bath, sink. Separate WC.
Sleeping arrangements:
- Cabin room with 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 single bunk bed (80x190) + window.
- Sofa bed (2 single pull-out beds 80x190) in the living room.
- Blankets, pillows.
- SHEETS INCLUDED.
Miscellaneous: Iron, vacuum cleaner, ski locker.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Tourist tax: according to the current rate, to be paid on site.
Deposits: 300 euros for the accommodation and 60 euros for cleaning. Deposits to be paid on site by cheque or credit card.
Free external parking at the resort - No garage Wifi.
