General description of the residence
Situation: In the heart of the Maurienne Valley at an altitude of 1650m, Saint François Longchamp is a resort with a mountain spirit where life is good. A panoramic view allows you to admire the Cheval Noir massif, the Lauzière massif, and the Belledonne range. Not to forget, of course, the magnificent viewpoint over the Italian side of Mont Blanc from the Col de la Madeleine (at 2000 metres altitude).
The ski area benefits from quality snow coverage accessible to skiers of all levels and all types of sliding. Between Maurienne and Tarentaise, the Saint François Longchamp ski area opens up with its neighbour Valmorel the GRAND DOMAIN, around the famous Col de la Madeleine. Skiers play at mountain hopping over a vertical drop of 1300m in one of the first ski areas in Savoie.
