General description of the residence
Location: In the heart of the Maurienne Valley at 1650m altitude, Saint François Longchamp is a mountain resort with a delightful atmosphere. A panoramic view allows you to admire the Cheval Noir massif, the Lauzière massif, and the Belledonne range. Not to mention, of course, the magnificent viewpoint over the Italian side of Mont Blanc from the col de la Madeleine (at 2000 metres altitude).
The ski area benefits from quality snowfall accessible to skiers of all levels and for all snow sports. Between Maurienne and Tarentaise, the ski area of Saint-François Longchamp opens up the GRAND DOMAINE with its neighbour Valmorel, around the famous Col de la Madeleine. Skiers enjoy mountain hopping over a vertical drop of 1300 m in one of the first ski areas in Savoie.
