Saturday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm. Sundays the agency is closed (exceptionally open for some arrivals)
SUMMER: Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 5pm.

The handing over of the keys on Saturdays IN WINTER 5pm (from 2pm until 7pm for the arrival formalities; deposit, tourist tax etc.) and IN SUMMER from 2pm to 6pm.
