- Equipped kitchen: microwave, tabletop fridge, 2 electric hobs, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen utensils
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Balcony facing South-West
- The accommodation is equipped with blankets and pillows
- Outdoor private parking, free of charge, subject to availability and not guaranteed

The residence "Le 3300" is located close to the ski slopes, near the ESF meeting point, ski rental shops, and all amenities. It is also equipped with ski lockers.
There is a parking area adjacent to the residence: limited spaces and non-reserved

Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional charge:
- End-of-stay cleaning: 70€
- Bed linen pack: 16€ / bed
- Towel pack: 12€ / kit / person

A deposit of 500€ is required upon arrival.
