It is imperative to contact the agency to agree on the arrival details (times and key handover location).

To be paid to the agency on the day of your arrival:
Deposit.
Tourist tax.
Additional paid services, subject to availability. To be paid on-site on the day of your arrival:

- If pets are allowed (see description), additional charge to be paid.

- Please contact the agency upon receiving the booking confirmation to obtain access codes and the digital booklet, which is essential for accessing the accommodation as the agency no longer prints the paper version.

If arriving outside opening hours, please contact the agency in advance, no later than the day before, to arrange the payment of the security deposit and organise key handover:

Optional services to be reserved with the agency (subject to availability / prices mentioned in the advertisement):

- End-of-stay cleaning (if not included)

- Rental of household linen, bedding, towels (if not included)

- Rental of baby equipment subject to availability

- WIFI box (if not included)

Arrivals on Sundays are not possible.
