General description of the residence
Location: The Résidence Grand Tétras (formerly part of the NEMEA group) offers a lush, wooded setting with large gardens at the edge of the forest. Located 400 metres from the village centre, it is just a 10-minute walk along the Giffre River with direct access to lovely walking and cycling paths, as well as snowshoe circuits in Samoëns in the Vallons area.
Grand Tétras features a games room with a lounge, library, table tennis, billiards, table football, free Wi-Fi at reception, a bike storage room (subject to availability), and also offers a paid communal laundry service.
Each apartment in this residence has free and unlimited access to the indoor pool, outdoor pool (in summer), and a fitness room with 4 exercise bikes.
They also have a private ski locker, a dedicated underground parking space, and for larger vehicles, the possibility to park outside.

The apartment is easily accessible by car or bus in 1 hour from Geneva Airport, in
2 hours 30 minutes from Lyon, and in 2 hours by train + bus from Geneva.
In winter: free buses 3 minutes from the apartment (stop Les Beules) serve the Grand Massif Express and Vercland lifts (ski), the Nordic areas of Joux Plane and Sixt Fer à Cheval, as well as the village centre.
In summer: buses serve the Samoëns valley, Sixt Cirque du Fer à Cheval.
Private Apartment: Comfortable and pleasant, this 28m² accommodation benefits from a balcony, terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen. On site, you can also enjoy a communal pool. Additional services such as towel rental are available for an extra charge.
