We provide you with a team of professionals responsible for the key handover procedures during your stay. It is imperative to contact them using the details on your voucher to arrange these procedures before your arrival and departure.

Your travel documents containing all the necessary practical information for your stay (check-in time, conditions for late check-ins, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Check-in time: between 4 PM and 7 PM.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals, please contact the office a few days prior to your arrival to define the arrival arrangements.
The keys will be available in the designated key safe outside the key holder's office.
The code will be stated in the travel document sent one month before your arrival via email.
Check-out time: before 10 AM.

To be paid on-site on the day of your arrival:

Pets are allowed without an additional fee (if permitted in the rental, see description).
