Location: 5th floor with lift. North-west facing balcony, view of the valley and the Vanoise Park.

- Fitted kitchenette: 2-ring electric hob, microwave, mini-oven, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, toaster, raclette service.
- Living area with television.
- Bathroom with bathtub, sink, hairdryer and separate WC.
Sleeping arrangements:
- BZ sofa bed for 2 people (140x190) in the living room.
- Sleeping corner with bunk beds (2 single beds 80x190).
