The Kouria residence with its high-end amenities enjoys an exceptional location in Avoriaz. On the side of a cliff, it offers an extraordinary view of the surrounding peaks.
Built in 2015, the residence offers 16 spacious and bright apartments. They accommodate 6 to 10 people in a chic mountain atmosphere and offer breathtaking views of the Morzine valley. The residence has exclusive access to a swimming pool with a jacuzzi under a panoramic glass roof and a fully equipped ski room.
The Falaise district in which it is located has all the shops necessary for a successful stay and allows access to the centre of Avoriaz in just 5 minutes.
The ski departure allows easy access to the different areas of the Portes du Soleil ski area and provides direct access to the Super Morzine and Lil'Stash areas, ideal for families and/or beginner skiers.
This 135m² accommodation features a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. On site, also enjoy a hot tub, a hammam, and a communal swimming pool. Additional services such as towel rental are available for a fee.
