Chalet La Grande Sassière

Chalet la Grande Sassière is located in the famous resort of Val d'Isère, set on a quiet private road, which offers stunning views over the valley. The resort of Val d'Isère is linked to the resort of Tignes, offering a ski area with over 300km of pistes, for all levels and one of the best snow conditions in France. The village itself is typically Savoyard, with charming stone and wooden chalets and a beautiful town centre, with a wide range of shops and delicious restaurants and bars. The chalet is located in the "Le Cret" area of the resort, about 12 minutes walk from the centre of Val d'Isère, about half way between La Daille and Val d'Isère, which is ideal if you want to head for the slopes of Tignes, as access is quick from La Daille. For a quicker journey into town, a free shuttle bus stops a few minutes walk from the chalet.
