Chalet La Grande Sassière

The Chalet la Grande Sassiere is located in the famous resort of Val d'Isere, set on a quiet private path that offers breathtaking views of the valley. The resort of Val d'Isere is linked to Tignes, providing a ski area with over 300 km of slopes for all levels and one of the best snow conditions in France. The village itself is typically Savoyard, featuring charming stone and wooden chalets and a lovely town centre with a wide selection of shops, delicious restaurants, and bars. The chalet is situated in the 'Le Cret' area of the resort, approximately 12 minutes' walk from the centre of Val d'Isere, about halfway between La Daille and Val d'Isere, making it ideal if you want to head towards the slopes of Tignes, as access is quick from La Daille. For a quicker trip to the town, a free bus shuttle stops a few minutes' walk from the chalet.
