General description of the residence
In a development of individual chalets "LA SAPINIERE", located at the entrance of the resort of Pyrénées 2000 (facing the roundabout), just steps from shops and the free shuttle bus stop. Wooded land, good south/west exposure.
Individual chalet, built of concrete and wood which includes:
On the 1st floor: An entrance; a main room with living room/kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, lounge area with a clic-clac convertible into a double bed 140, fireplace with insert and flat screen TV + DVD player; a bedroom with a double bed in 140; a shower room with WC. Two large attic bedrooms on the 2nd level: one with 1 double bed in 140 and 1 single bed in 90, the other with 2 single beds in 90 + boat bed in 100. In the basement: A laundry area with washing machine and dryer and a second bathroom with WC. Access to the upper floor via the interior (hatch) or by the external staircase. Terrace, garden.
