Located on the road to Col de la Croix de Fer and at the entrance to the village, you can easily access the slopes of St Jean d'Arves or Saint Sorlin d'Arves, thanks to the free bus shuttles available within a 5-minute walk.

On the first level, you will find a living area with an equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge with a TV opening onto a large balcony, a shower room, and a toilet.
The first floor consists of a bathroom with a toilet, a bedroom with a double bed measuring 140*190cm, a bedroom with two single beds measuring 90*190cm, and another bedroom for 3 people featuring a double bed of 140*190cm and a single bed of 90*190cm.

The accommodation is modern and equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a raclette machine, a toaster, and all the crockery for 7 people!
