At the entrance, you can leave your skis, and you will find a sleeping area with bunk beds and a cupboard, a toilet, a bedroom with a double bed measuring 160*200cm, a shower room, and a washing machine. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds measuring 160*200cm, a bathroom, and a toilet. On the second floor, there is a spacious living area with a lounge and pellet stove, dining area, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and especially a stunning balcony overlooking the mountains.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven, an electric coffee maker with filters, a kettle, a toaster, and all the crockery for 8 people!

The chalet is located on "Chemin de la Sapinière" in St Sorlin d'Arves, less than 300m from access to the slopes, the ski school, and shopping facilities (everything is within walking distance).

Please note that bed linen and towels are optional and at an additional cost. You can order them up to 3 days before your arrival.

PETS: The owner accepts the presence of your pet! Please note that only small pets are allowed, kept on a lead and must not be left alone in the accommodation. However, they are not permitted on the sofa or beds. The additional charge for having a pet is €5 per day or €30 per week. Please inform the agency.
