Discover this superb semi-detached chalet, completely new, with excellent facilities and a breathtaking view of the Saint Sorlin d'Arves resort, in the heart of the LES SYBELLES ski area.

At the entrance, you can drop off your skis, and you will find a sleeping area with bunk beds and a wardrobe, a WC, a bedroom with a double bed measuring 160*200cm, a shower room and a washing machine.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds measuring 160*200cm, a bathroom, and a WC.
On the second floor, a spacious living area with a lounge area and pellet stove, dining area, fully equipped open kitchen and especially a superb balcony with a view of the mountains.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven, an electric filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and all the crockery for 8 people!

The chalet is located on "Chemin de la Sapinière" in St Sorlin d'Arves, less than 300m from the access to the slopes, the ski school, and the shopping facilities (everything is accessible on foot).

Please note that bed linen and towels are optional and at an extra charge. You can order them up to 3 days before your arrival.

PETS: The owner accepts your pet! Please note that only small animals are allowed, kept on a lead and not to be left alone in the accommodation. However, they are not permitted on the sofa or beds. The extra charge for the presence of a pet is €5 per day or €30 per week. Thank you for notifying the agency.
