This stone chalet "Roc de la Lune" will charm you in the delightful village of Vanthier / le Cruet. A small village with enchanting character, Vanthier is a gem of traditional mountain architecture. The chalet is located just 150m from the bus shuttle stop that will take you free of charge in a few minutes to the centre of the Méribel resort. It is also 2kms from the ski lifts and 4kms from the resort, shopping facilities, and restaurants.
You will find a recently renovated and very well-equipped independent kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a 4-ring induction hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, and space for a family breakfast. In the entrance, you will have a small wash basin and an independent WC. The large living room welcomes you with a decorative period fireplace, a lounge area with a comfortable sofa and wooden armchairs, and a very convivial dining area with its large table. This lovely living space, equipped with a television, opens onto a large South-facing terrace of 70 m2.
Upstairs, you will discover a bedroom with 2 beds measuring 80x200 (possibility of a double bed) and its adjoining bathroom opening onto a South/West balcony, 1 bedroom with 2 beds measuring 80x190 opening onto an East balcony and its adjoining bathroom with a small shower bath, and in this same bedroom, you will find a small room in succession with 1 bed measuring 90x190 and 1 pull-out bed measuring 80x190. You will have independent toilets in the corridor of this same floor.
The fireplace is for decorative use only and cannot be used.
