General description of the residence
With its exceptional ski in ski out location, and 200m from the central square of the village, the chalet of La Source 1 welcomes you to the most authentic resort of the 3 Vallées, Saint Martin de Belleville.
This chalet of 200 m2 offers the ideal location for a ski departure and return (the slope is less than 10m from the chalet door), and village life, shops, restaurants…
Large west-facing terraces with magnificent views of the valley and slopes enhance the two levels of living space and will charm the 10 guests of this exceptional chalet. Welcome to the chalet of La Source, where refinement and elegance will make your stay unforgettable.
Floor 2: the open plan living area with large balcony-terraces offers a kitchen leading to a beautiful dining room, then welcomes you into a comfortable lounge, enhanced by a fireplace, a home cinema and impressive bay windows overlooking the valley and the ski slopes.
Floor 1: 3 beautiful master bedrooms, two of which open onto terraces, (bed 180x200) carefully decorated and each with an en-suite bathroom/shower, make up this level.
A wellness space, nestled in a garden, adds a real plus to this chalet. Equipped with a Nordic bath and a traditional sauna, your après-ski will have a completely different taste.
Ground Floor: A dormitory equipped with 4 beds and a private bathroom is located at the entrance of the chalet where there are also storage facilities.
Access to your fully equipped ski room (boot dryer, glove dryers) and another access to the garage (1 covered parking space) completes the entrance of the chalet.
For groups of families or friends, the Chalet de La Source 1 can be rented in combination with the Chalet de la Source 2 (12/14 people) and the Chalet de la Source 3 (12 people)
