This was a perfect hotel to stay before the train the next day, and the staff were excellent. Our only criticism was that we were given two separate rooms which didn't work well with two young children.

The hotel was too far to walk to the station. Especially as I had sustained an injury and was walking with crutches. I could not carry my own luggage so my family were over-burdened. I asked for Travelski to book me a taxi but you refused. I also asked the hotel reception staff to book me a taxi but they said it was impossible. Some people on the train on Sunday (the return journey) were offered a free evening meal and free breakfast when they booked into the hotel but we were not. Could you please explain why this was. The hotel room did not have tea and coffee making facilities which should be standard, especially as I needed to leave so early to walk to the station which took me 50 minutes on crutches.
