General description of the residence
Imagine your next holiday in Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves, in the heart of the Alps, in this recently renovated apartment for your comfort.
Welcome to CDA 75, a accommodation named L'Arvantia of approximately 35 m² consisting of a main bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm), a mountain corner at the entrance with bunk beds (2x80x190cm), a bathroom and a separate WC, a convertible sofa in the living room.
The living room is friendly and practical. The open kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your meals and share a convivial moment around a raclette machine or a traditional fondue.
From the terrace, enjoy a pleasant moment in the fresh air of the Alps.
The residence Les chalets de Saint Sorlin is well located at the entrance of the village, near the church. The shops, restaurants, ski shops, snow front, and ESF meeting point are nearby, and the slopes are accessible on foot in 5 to 10 minutes. The free shuttle in winter (or the little train in summer) can be used to move around the village and get to the ski lifts.
THE LITTLE EXTRAS:
Access to the heated indoor pool during the opening periods in summer and winter (from July 10 to August 31 and from December 20 to April 10).
Free parking (without prior reservation)

Practical information:
Bed linen and towels: optional and at an additional cost (order possible up to 3 days before arrival) at the price of 15€/single bed and 18€/double bed
Cleaning optional at the price of 95 euros.
Wi-Fi connection at an additional cost (30€/week)
