In the residence "LES CEDRES" located in the Pyrénées 2000 station in a quiet area. South-facing exposure with panoramic views of the Pyrénées. Residence parking.
Very nice modern and functional T3 mezzanine apartment, consisting of a living/dining room with TV and fixed sofa and its American kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine; two bedrooms with a double bed (one 140 and the other 160); a mezzanine equipped with a single bed for 1 person (ceiling height less than 1.80m) accessible by a ladder; a shower room with Italian shower; separate WC. Covered terrace, ski cupboard.
