Beautiful, large building "Richemont", with 4 floors, renovated in 2014. In the Winkelmatten district, 1.2 km from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny location. Facilities in the house: lift, ski storage, central heating. Grocery store 600 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 600 m, centre 25 minutes on foot, bus stop "Wiestiboden" 60 m, train station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1.2 km. Mountain train, ski rental 800 m. Ski bus stop 60 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km. Direct access to the house by taxi is not possible. Please note: Other apartments are also available for rent in this holiday home.

The keys will be available in the designated safe outside the key holding office.
The code will be provided in the travel document sent one month before your arrival date by email.
