Two-room apartment with a surface area of 33 m², accommodating 4 people, located on the ground floor without a lift, featuring a south-facing terrace. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (160cm - 2x80), television, and dining area. The bedroom has a 160cm bed. The kitchenette in the living room includes ceramic hob plates, multifunction microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, and raclette machine. There is a bathroom and separate toilets. Flooring is lino. Non-smoking apartment. Ski storage available. Covered parking space No.9 on the ground floor (height 1.95m).
Quiet residence, situated 900m from the town centre, 350m from the slopes and the first ski lifts. At an altitude of 1800 metres, La Mongie is one of two resorts that form the Grand Tourmalet area, the largest ski area in the French Pyrenees. During your stay, take the time to visit the site of Pic du Midi de Bigorre, accessible by cable car from the centre of the resort. In Bagnères-de-Bigorre, you can enjoy the thermal waters at the Aquensis spa.
The residence offers a covered communal swimming pool, a fitness room, and a laundry facility in the Campan 1 building. In case of non-functioning of these facilities, the agency will not be held responsible. No compensation will be possible.
Included services: agency welcome, bed linens, towels, and cleaning.
Security deposit: €260 by credit card imprint. Tourist tax in addition for those over 18 years old. Pets not allowed.
Optional services to be paid on-site and to be reserved before your arrival:
