    Accueil : pas d’accueil Horaires inadaptés Résidence mal chauffée Eau froide Jacuzzi et piscine mal chauffées Sauna pas assez chaud Pas assez de clés pour accéder à l’appartement et pas d’accueil ouvert pour les conserver Des codes à retenir pour tous les accès de la résidence piscine casier porte d’entrée Les cartes magnétiques existent … dans beaucoup d’hôtels Pas d’information sur les activités à faire dans la station Personnel non formé à l’accueil Sans doute un bon rapport qualité prix ? Mais surtout des résidences où l’on ne louera plus Et j’oublie … impossible de les joindre en direct … Malte forme de réservation sans accès à l’information…
