The Turquoise residence is located in Belle Plagne, at an altitude of 2050 metres. Nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas juger cette résidence étant donné que nous sommes arrivés pour la semaine de Noël à 17h à la résidence et que celle ci n'avait pas de réservation à notre nom! Imaginez notre stupeur, notre angoisse et notre stress avec 2 enfants! Travelski a annulé notre réservation en interne auprès de la résidence qui ont donc reloué notre appartement. Nous n'avons jamais annulé notre réservation, nous sommes arrivés avec nos bons d'échanges comme prévu. 2h d'attente pour avoir un logement équivalent en terme de standing mais SANS les options à côté à savoir le bain à remous, le hamman, le service machine à laver/ sèche linge (bien pratique!) Et le parking inclus. Nous remercions la responsable de la résidence Turquoise qui a tout de suite pris son téléphone pour nous trouver un logement de dernière minute! Contrairement au service client de travelski que je déplore et qui nous demande en gros de s'estimer heureux d'avoir eut un logement de 1000€ plus cher! Sauf que ce n'est pas moi qui est fait l'erreur et que c'est tout bonnement la loi de reloger les clients dans un logement équivalent!
