This cosy studio of 26 m² on the 3rd floor with lift is the perfect address for a stay in the mountains for couples, families or friends. With a capacity of 4 people, it combines comfort, practicality and a little cocooning touch, to fully enjoy your holiday in the great outdoors.

- Living room: 1 double sofa bed (1x2 pers 140x190).

- Cabin area: 2 bunk beds (2x1 pers 90x190), perfect for children or friends.

- Bathroom: bath, towel rail, towel dryer, and separate WC.

- Other equipment: WIFI, vacuum cleaner, ski locker (No. 53A), duvets, blankets and pillows provided.

- Facilities of the residence: communal laundry, baby cots and high chair available at reception. Access to the swimming pool of the neighbouring residence Le Privilège (open from July 4 to August 31).

- Exteriors and parking: non-nominative private outdoor parking (subject to availability).

Shops and restaurants are just 50 m away: convenient for an impromptu raclette or a pizza after skiing. And if you fancy a little walk, the city centre is 500 m away, accessible by foot for wandering or having a drink.
