Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THIS TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL.
Arrival time: between 4 PM and 7 PM.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sunday, please contact the office a few days prior to arrival to arrange arrival procedures.
The keys will be available in the safe designated for this purpose, outside the key holder's office.
The code will be specified on the travel document sent one month before your arrival date by email.
Departure time: before 10 AM.

To be paid on-site, on the day of your arrival:
Mandatory services (to be paid to the local agency):
Security deposit.
Tourist tax: to be paid according to current rates.

Optional services (to be paid on-site), to be booked with the agency based on availability:

- End-of-stay cleaning package depending on the type of accommodation

- In winter: Bed linen (flat sheets) is included in our rates except for short stays
- In summer: sheets and towels are available at an extra cost

- Pets: if allowed in the accommodation (see description), no additional charge

For reservations at the residences Terrasses de la Bergerie and Cristallines: arrivals are made at the residence.

Late arrivals and Sundays are possible: contact the agency in advance to organise key handover and payment of the security deposit.
