We provide you with a team of professionals responsible for the key handover procedures during your stay. It is imperative to contact them using the details on your voucher to arrange these procedures prior to your arrival and departure.

Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, conditions for late arrivals, key collection address...) will be sent to you before your departure via email.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON-SITE.
Arrival time: between 16:00 and 19:00.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sunday. For arrivals on Sunday, contact the office a few days before arrival to set up the arrival procedure.
Keys will be available in the safe designated for this purpose, outside the key holder's office.
The code will be specified on the travel document sent one month prior to your arrival date via email.
Departure time: before 10:00.

To be paid on site, on the day of your arrival:

In winter: sheets are included in the rental
In summer: sheets and towels are at an extra charge

Pets: if allowed in the accommodation (see description), no additional fee will be charged

For reservations at the residences Terrasses de la Bergerie and Cristallines: arrivals are made at the residence.

Late arrivals and Sunday arrivals are possible: contact the agency in advance to organize key handover and payment of the security deposit.
