Appartement vétuste, files apparents, boutons de placards cassés, rideau de douche très sale, une ampoule sur trois dans la salle de bain, certaines prises et interrupteurs ne tenant plus, plaques de cuisson de 40 ans, pas de micro ondes, table de salon cassée, table à manger tenant avec du scotch... Ne devrait pas être sur le marché de la location.
