Immeuble Le Pramecou idéalement placé au centre du Val Claret, à 50 mètres du départ des cours de ski de l'ESF et du télésiège TUFS. Dommage que la vue depuis notre appartement (n°25) 4ème étage (en réalité 1er étage depuis le côté rue) situé plein sud donne sur d'autres immeubles même s'il existe un aperçu sur les pistes côté télésiège Les Lanches.

L'appartement était particulièrement bien placé à proximité des remontées et des forfaits, le seul défaut vient plus du voisinage (anglais.........) très bruyant (super les afters à 4h du mat quand on dort) sinon à part ça que du bonheur !!!
