We provide you with a team of professionals responsible for the key handover procedures during your stay. It is imperative to contact them using the details on your voucher to arrange these procedures before your arrival and departure.

Your travel documents, containing all necessary practical information for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL.
Arrival time: between 4 PM and 7 PM.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals, please contact the office a few days prior to your arrival to arrange the arrival details.
Keys will be available in the designated safe outside the key holder's office.
The code will be stated on the travel document sent one month before your arrival date by email.
Departure time: before 10 AM.

To be settled on-site, on the day of your arrival:
Mandatory services (to be settled with the local agency):
Security deposit.
Tourist tax: to be paid at current rates.

Optional services (to be settled on-site), to be booked with the agency subject to availability:

- Cleaning package at the end of stay depending on the type of accommodation

- In winter period: Bed linen (flat sheets) is included in our rates except for short stays
- In summer period: sheets and towels are at an additional charge

- Pets: if allowed in the accommodation (see description), no additional charge will be applied

For bookings at the residences Terrasses de la Bergerie and Cristallines: arrivals are made at the residence.

Late arrivals and Sundays are possible: please contact the agency in advance to organise the key handover and payment of the security deposit.
