Welcome to the Balcon des Pistes residence
Your apartment in Les Deux Alpes with an area of 60m² for 8 people consists of:
- Charming living room with sofas and television
- Large balcony with mountain view
- Fitted kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery and cooking utensils) opening onto the dining room
- Bright dining room with dining table and sofa bed
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed
- Sleeping corner with two bunk beds
- One bathroom with bathtub, and separate WC and a shower room with shower
- The accommodation has a washing machine
- Garage (box) + Private outdoor parking free of charge depending on availability and not guaranteed.
- Blankets and pillows are provided.
- Ski locker + a rack in the large garage additionally to store skis and boots
The Balcon des Pistes residence is ideally located:
- Ski departure at your feet
- 300 metres from the "Petite Aiguille" and "La Côte" ski lifts
- 300 metres from small shops
Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:
- End-of-stay cleaning: €105
- Towel pack: €12 / person
- Pet: €9/night
- Sheet pack: €16 per bed
Pets are accepted with an additional charge of €7/night.
A deposit of €800 is required upon arrival.
Nb: Maestro cards, American Express, cheques and cash not accepted.
