General description of the residence

Welcome to the residence "Eperon 3".
This apartment with an area of 52m² for 6 people, located on the 1st floor, consists of:
- Fitted kitchenette: fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker
- Living room with a sofa and a television
- Bedroom with a double bed
- Bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 x 80cm*190cm)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Independent WC
- South-facing balcony
- The accommodation is equipped with blankets and pillows
- Heating available in the winter season
- Private external parking and free subject to availability and not guaranteed
The residence "Eperon 3" is located at the foot of the ski slopes, ski rental and all amenities. It is also equipped with ski lockers and a lift. There is an external parking adjacent to the residence (limited and non-nominative spaces).
Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:
- Bed linen kit: 16€ / bed
- Towel kit: 12€ / person
- End of stay cleaning: 90€
A security deposit of 500€ is requested upon your arrival.
Nb: Maestro cards, American express, cheques and cash not accepted.
Attention: please note that the key handover does not take place at the property address, but at our agency located at "9 Rue des Sagnes - 38860 Les Deux Alpes".

- The belvedere of Ecrins: located 10 minutes on foot from the exit of the funicular station.
- Night skiing: let yourself glide under the stars and experience an unusual and original experience at dusk. The sliding is done on 2 green slopes accessible to all and illuminated by large floodlights.
- Experience something new hurtling down the snowy slopes on a mountain bike! This new discipline will captivate you and provide new sensations!
- For the more festive, many bars and restaurants will ensure lively and friendly evenings.
