This 60m² apartment accommodates 8 people and is located on the 2nd floor without a lift. It consists of:
- Living room with a double sofa bed (1x2 persons) and a television
- Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, raclette machine, crockery/cutlery and kitchen utensils.
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (1x2 persons)
- Bedroom 2: 2x2 bunk beds (2x1 person)
- Bathroom with shower and WC + 1 separate WC
- Balcony facing West
- The accommodation is equipped with duvets and pillows.
- Ski storage, washing machine
- Parking / covered box for 1 car

The residence "La Residence" is located approximately 600m from the ski club, close to the ski slopes, ski rentals, and about 300 meters from all amenities.

Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:
- Bed linen kit: 16€ / bed
- Towel kit: 12€ / person
- End-of-stay cleaning: 105€

A security deposit of 800€ is required upon arrival.
