General description of the residence

Welcome to the residence "Lauvitel".
This duplex apartment with an area of 62m² for 8 people, located on the 5th floor, consists of:
- Fitted kitchenette: fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric hobs
- Living room with a pull-out sofa bed and a television
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- Bedroom with a double bed
Upstairs (stairs not recommended for young children):
- Bedroom with a double bed
- Bedroom with 2 single beds
- Private outdoor parking space available free of charge, subject to availability and not guaranteed
- The accommodation has collective heating, operational only during the winter season, generally from November to April
The residence "Lauvitel" is located at the foot of the ski slopes and the "Le Diable" chairlift, ski rental and all amenities. It is also equipped with ski lockers and a lift. There is an external parking area adjacent to the residence (limited and non-nominative spaces).
Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extras:
- Bed linen kit: 16€ / bed
- Towel kit: 12€ / person
- End-of-stay cleaning: 105€
- Pet supplement: 9€ / day
A deposit imprint of 800€ is required upon your arrival.
Nb: Maestro cards, American Express, cheques and cash are not accepted.

- Experience a new thrill by descending the snowy slopes on a mountain bike! This new discipline will charm you and provide you with new sensations!
