General description of the residence

Welcome to Les 2 Alpes, in the residence "La Résidence".
This 60m² apartment for 8 people, situated on the 2nd floor without a lift, consists of:
- Living room with a double sofa bed (1x2 people) and a television
- Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine, dishes/cutlery and kitchen utensils.
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (1x2 people)
- Bedroom 2: 2x2 bunk beds (2x1 person)
- Bathroom with shower and WC + 1 separate WC
- Balcony facing West
- The accommodation is equipped with duvets and pillows.
- Ski locker, washing machine
- Parking / covered box for 1 car
- The accommodation has collective heating, operational only during the winter period, generally from November to April
The residence "La Résidence" is located approximately 600m from the ski club, close to the ski slopes, ski rental and about 300 metres from all amenities.
Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:
- Bed linen kit: 16€ / bed
- Towel kit: 12€ / person
- End-of-stay cleaning: 105€
- Pets: 9€ per pet, per night
A deposit of €800 is required upon your arrival.
Nb: Maestro cards, American Express, cheques and cash not accepted.
