In the heart of Val Claret, a three-room apartment (2 bedrooms) of 70 m² on the 8th floor with a lift and a parking space (Sefcotel).
Wonderful mountain view, with 2 large balconies, facing SOUTH. Close to ESF ski lessons and direct ski-in/ski-out access.
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Bedroom with balcony equipped with a double bed of 160 cm and its own shower room.
Bedroom 2: 2 sets of bunk beds.
Living room with balcony: Convertible sofa (click-clack 140).
Sanitary facilities: One bathroom with bath, separate WC, plus a shower room in bedroom 1.
Kitchen: Induction hobs, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
Additional equipment:
Television, wifi included, parking at Sefcotel included (Max: 1m90).
Bedding and towels included from 4 nights.
PLEASE NOTE: Bedding NOT included during the summer period (July-August).
