General description of the residence
STUDIO residence L'ADRET
4 sleeping accommodations: living room(4).
Located 100 metres from the free beginner slopes and 400 metres from shops, this 25 m² studio can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located on the ground floor (1st floor at the front), within the residence Residence L'Adret, without a lift. It has a west-facing balcony offering an unobstructed view of the mountains and fields, ideal for enjoying sunny evenings.
The accommodation consists of a living room equipped with a sofa bed for two people, as well as a sleeping area located in the entrance, enclosed by a curtain, with two bunk beds (the upper sleeping area is not suitable for children under 6 years old).
The bathroom includes a bath and toilet.
The kitchenette is functional and well-equipped: oven, microwave, four electric hobs and refrigerator. A flat screen is available for your relaxation moments.
A ski locker (no.2) is included. Heating and hot water are provided by individual electric installations.
Non-smoking apartment, pets not allowed.
In addition, several services are offered for booking: end-of-stay cleaning (from €70 to €273), towel rental (€10 per kit), sheet rental (€23 per bed; sheets included for all bookings between December and April excluding short stays), as well as baby equipment (booster seat, baby bed). For your winter holidays, also enjoy discounts of up to -35% on your ski passes and equipment rental depending on the period.
