Studio of 24 m² located on the 4th floor with lift of the Residence Zinnia, 1000 metres from the slopes and 550 metres from shops. It has a west-facing balcony offering a beautiful unobstructed view.

The living area includes a sofa bed for two people and two bunk beds (the upper sleeping space is not suitable for children under 6 years old). The bathroom is equipped with a bath and the toilet is integrated.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, two electric hobs, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. The multimedia equipment includes a flat screen.

The accommodation has individual electric heating and hot water, a ski locker and an external parking space.
