25m² apartment located on the 6th floor without a lift above the main entrance (which is on the 4th floor) in a residence ideally located on Plan Peisey, very close to the slopes (50m) and shops.
The apartment consists of an entrance with two bunk beds, a shower room with toilet, a kitchenette opening onto the living room equipped with a sofa bed and a west-facing balcony that will offer you a magnificent view over the entire valley.

Equipment: Refrigerator, microwave, electric hobs. Television.
Rented with a ski locker located on the 4th floor like the entrance of the building.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 sofa bed in 160cm, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old)
Sanitary facilities: a shower room with toilet
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservations possible.

Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You have the option to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be given without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: furniture must under no circumstances be moved. Mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. Beds must be properly stripped with the quilts folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the repositioning of furniture.

NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour of €300 for cleaning of all fabrics.
