The apartment consists of an entrance with two bunk beds, a shower room with toilet, and an open kitchen area leading to the living room equipped with a convertible sofa and a west-facing balcony that offers a magnificent view of the entire valley.

Facilities: Refrigerator, microwave, electric hobs. Television.
Rented with a ski locker located on the 3rd floor like the entrance to the building.
Paid WIFI available at the agency upon reservation.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 convertible sofa measuring 160cm, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old)
Sanitary facilities: one shower room with toilet
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.

Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (except summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You have the option to pre-book your lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.

INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Bed covers must not be removed from the beds and should be left clean. Beds must be properly made with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in charges deducted from your deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing cover, €300 for returning furniture to its original position.

NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for odour removal from all fabrics.
