General description of the residence
This recent residence is located opposite the medical office and the pharmacy.
Equipped with a lift.
Beautiful apartment of 40m2 composed of one bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet, a fitted kitchen open to a pleasant living room giving access to a north-facing terrace.
The entrance to the residence is next to the souvenir shop.
Your welcome is not located in the residence but at our agency located in Plan Peisey.
The little extra: sheets and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Excluding summer and short stays).
Facilities: refrigerator and freezer, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, vitroceramic hob, 1 terrace.
Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 1 convertible sofa.
Sanitary: 1 bathroom with separate toilet.
Practical: You have the option to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved in any circumstances. Fabric protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean, beds must be properly stripped with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for the repositioning of furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charge of €300 for cleaning of all fabrics due to odour.
