Residence consisting of 48 apartments. It is located close to the slopes, notably the VANOISE EXPRESS (link to LA PLAGNE) and the chairlift (link to LES ARCS).
Access to the building is via stairs, and the residence comprises 4 floors without an elevator, but with half landings. The ski lockers are on level 1, and a restaurant and pizzeria are situated there.
A public car park, uncovered and free, is approximately 200 metres away, and there are a few parking spaces along the road near the building.

Apartment of 36m² classified 2* and 3 crystal paradiski, located in the heart of Plan Peisey. Accommodating 4 to 6 people, it comprises a bedroom with 1 double bed, a mountain corner with two bunk beds, a bathroom (with washing machine), and a separate toilet from an open-plan kitchen in the living area.
The apartment faces West and features a large balcony.

Amenities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, electric hobs. Washing machine. Television. Paid WIFI available at the agency upon reservation.
Rented with a ski locker.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 2 bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years), 1 convertible sofa.

Sanitary facilities: 1 bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.

Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an extra charge. You have the option to book your ski passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the booked services upon arrival at the agency.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The fabric protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. Beds must be made properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for repositioning the furniture.
