Residence consisting of 48 apartments. It is located close to the slopes and in particular to the VANOISE EXPRESS (link with LA PLAGNE) and the chairlift (link with LES ARCS).
Access to the building is via stairs and the residence comprises 4 floors without a lift but with half landings. The ski lockers are on level 1 and a restaurant and pizzeria are located there.
A communal parking area, uncovered and free, is approximately 200 metres away and there are a few places along the road near the building.

Apartment of 36m², in a residence located in the heart of Plan Peisey. Rented for 4 to 6 people, it consists of one bedroom with 1 double bed, a mountain corner with two bunk beds, a bathroom (with washing machine) and a separate toilet from an open kitchen onto the living room.
The apartment is west-facing and has a large balcony.

Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, electric hobs. Washing machine. Television. Paid WIFI available at the agency upon reservation.
Rented with a ski locker.

Bedding: 1 double bed, 2 bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 convertible sofa.

Sanitary facilities: 1 bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.

Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Excluding summer and short stays). Bathroom towels can be ordered for an additional charge. You have the option to book your ski lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: Furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean. Beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for the repositioning of furniture.

NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for odour for cleaning of all fabrics.
