General description of the residence
Residence consisting of 48 apartments. It is located near the slopes and particularly the VANOISE EXPRESS (link to LA PLAGNE) and the chairlift (link to LES ARCS).
Access to the building is via stairs and the residence comprises 4 floors without a lift but with half landing. The ski lockers are on level 1 and a restaurant and a pizzeria are located there.
A communal parking, uncovered and free, is about 200 metres away and there are a few spaces on the roadside near the building.
Apartment of 36m², in a residence located in the heart of Plan Peisey. Rented for 4 to 6 people, it consists of one bedroom with 1 double bed, a mountain corner with two bunk beds, a bathroom (with washing machine) and a separate toilet from an open kitchen to the living room.
The apartment is west-facing and has a large balcony.
Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, electric hobs. Washing machine. Television.
Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 2 bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years), 1 convertible sofa.
Sanitary facilities: 1 bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No booking possible.
Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You have the option to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: Furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The fabric protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean. The beds must be properly undone with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in fees deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for returning the furniture to its place.
NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for odour for cleaning all fabrics.
