COVID 19 SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
Only the prohibition to travel to the resort, imposed by governmental measures, will open rights for a refund of the sums paid. As stated in your contract, in case of cancellation due to confinement or travel restrictions, the application fee and the amount of the cancellation insurance premium will be retained.
Cancellation of events on the resort, closure of bars or possibly of ski lifts do not constitute a valid reason for reimbursement of your stay.
