We provide you with a team of professionals responsible for the key collection procedures during your stay. It is imperative to contact them using the details on your voucher to arrange these procedures before your arrival and departure.

Your travel documents containing all the necessary practical information for your stay (arrival time, conditions for late arrivals, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email prior to your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time: between 16:00 and 19:00.
Should you arrive outside of these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to define the arrival procedures.
The keys will be available in the designated key safe, outside the key holder's office.
The code will be provided on the travel document sent one month before your arrival date via email.
Departure time: before 10:00.
